Simone Skinner’s impressive career includes key leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Sandals Golf and Country Club, Island Routes Caribbean Adventure Tours, and the United States Peace Corps. Her unique talent lies in transformational team building—uniting people through trust, alignment, and shared purpose.
Returning to Coco Palm, Simone introduced a creative, month-long team-building initiative using golf to foster cross-departmental collaboration and strengthen staff connections. This innovative approach reignited passion, accountability, and pride among the team, setting the stage for a new era at Coco Palm Resort.
