As we approach our annual closure, we’re enhancing Coco Palm to create spaces
that feel more inviting, comfortable, and attuned to the natural beauty that surrounds us.
This also allows team members to take annual leave and for in-house training.
A New Reception Experience
Reception will now be located in the lobby as you enter from the porte-cochère entrance.
A new front desk offers a larger, more inviting space to welcome guests.
The former desk will become a tour desk with concierge services.
Lighting and Landscaping
Enhanced lighting and refreshed landscaping will highlight the tropical ambience and lush surroundings across the property.
Kreole Lobby Refresh
The lobby will be updated and restrooms refurbished, embracing Creole-inspired décor for a warm arrival.
Guest Rooms
Rooms will be repainted in crisp white with white furnishings. Winning staff photos will be integrated into the décor.
Pool Deck Improvements
Resurfacing with slip-resistant materials for safety and comfort on sunny days.
Patio Enhancements
Expanding ground-floor patios for larger, private outdoor sitting areas with lounge chairs and a table.
Staff Photo Contest
Team members captured life and nature in black-and-white photos. Winning images will decorate guest rooms.
Celebrating Local Students
Complimentary day passes for top achievers at local secondary schools, encouraging future leaders.
