Annual Break and Fresh Upgrades
To ensure our team remains refreshed and inspired, we’ve scheduled our annual closure from September 1st to September 30th. This pause allows us to recharge and return with renewed energy. During this time, we’ll also be upgrading our bathrooms— part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing comfort and creating a better experience for everyone.
What’s New This Year
Enhanced customer service initiatives: Expect more personalized support, faster response times, and a stronger commitment to listening to your needs. Seasonal offers: Special promotions will be introduced throughout the year as a way of thanking you for your loyalty. We create offers based on customer feedback and market trends. Monthly staff meetings: These sessions keep our team updated on occupancy, customer feedback, and upcoming plans. They also serve as a time to celebrate birthdays, recognize staff praised in reviews, and encourage everyone to keep striving for excellence. It’s also an opportunity to share any issues affecting the team. Be on the look out for our new themed month events!
