As I wrap up my first quarter at Coco Palm, I’m reflecting on a season that blended vibrant celebrations with purposeful progress.
From the jubilant rhythms of Carnival to the thoughtful conversations at industry events, these months have been a powerful reminder
that hospitality thrives where joy meets excellence.

Highlights at Glance

• 5,000+ guests welcomed this quarter
• 7 days of team building with 100+ staff
• Represented Saint Lucia at 2 major industry events
• Carnival & Staff Calypso Competition in full swing
• Renovations: Sept 12 – Oct 15 closure for upgrades

Team Spirit – The Heart of our Resort!

In June, over 100 team members joined our seven days of team building, blending wellness, laughter, and a few surprising dance moves.
From morning stretches to learning the fundamentals of golf, we celebrated the people who bring Coco Palm to life every day.

Engaging Industry & Partners

• At the Saint Lucia Showcase the Americas, we strengthened partnerships and reaffirmed our commitment to cultural authenticity.
• At the Industry Insights Conference, we explored emerging travel trends and tech innovations—positioning Coco Palm for the future.

Property Enhancements

• New signage: Clear, vibrant, and welcoming
• Landscaping upgrades: Lush native greenery and tropical blooms
• Guest room renovations: September 12 – October 15, bringing refreshed elegance and comfort

Island Fun!

Carnival returned in full colour and energy, and Coco Palm brought our signature flair.
We celebrated with long-time guests at a farewell party, and our Staff Calypso Competition filled the air
with music, laughter, and friendly rivalry.

Looking Ahead

Our upcoming Team Member Photo Contest will showcase twelve winning images capturing Saint Lucia’s beauty and culture,
displayed in guest rooms as a celebration of our people and our home.
