Sylvia2025-03-10 Lovely place with palm trees Fantastic hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our room cleaner Claudine. The pool was decent and full of palm trees, you get beach and pool towels. A minutes walk to the beach and main restaurant stretch. The rooms were spotless, we had a view over the pool. There is a nice gym to use. The rooms could do with somewhere to hang wet swim wear or towels, and maybe a table and chairs by the window. There can be noisy music on certain evenings, especially Saturday. The only aspect that could improve would be varying the breakfast menu, for 7 days we had the same food everyday which got a tad boring. BoysMumUK2025-03-09 Fantastic stay We spent a fantastic 10 days at Coco Palm in a luxe swim-up room which we loved. The room and hotel were kept spotlessly clean and the staff were all efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice (although we never went down any later than 8am). The pool was large and also kept very clean. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and was absolutely beautiful. It is accessed via a short track which is fine to walk down. There is some building work going on at the end of the beach and a couple of hotels on the sea front have closed down but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the beach at all. We ate at numerous different restaurants in the evenings which we always walked to and found them to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. The shops and a supermarket are all also in easy walking distance. We had a wonderful holiday in St Lucia and were glad that we chose Rodney Bay and especially Coco Palm. Jason P2025-03-08 Best 10 days We have just had the best 10 days at the Coco Palm, great hotel, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, we were all inclusive and the food was very good and a great bar. Vincent and his staff were absolutely brilliant, we were looked after so well that when we left we had tears in our eyes, thankyou all for a fantastic holiday Ruth W2025-03-07 Ideal location The first night was slightly underwhelmed by the service. However the resort is overall great. We had a swim up room so enjoyed privacy and convenience. Pool’s ace, restaurant’s ok, breakfast good. Room was wonderful. Staff very accomodating. Location is ideal for restaurants, shops and beach. Hihedge2025-03-02 Excellent food Just back from 10 days in Coco Palm, and as several other reviews have said it is a great hotel. Our standard double with garden view (or at the back) was lovely, clean and spacious. Towels etc changed every day. The view over to the hills was also lovely. The hotel is set around a large pool, and generally there were sun loungers available, if not the most coveted spots (full sun!) The service was cheerful but slow, especially the bar, but we got used to that. The location is good, 3 mins walk to the beach - which was quiet despite being full season, 2 mins to town. We had all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants, but did go into town for a very entertaining karaoke night! However the best thing is the excellent food. Order of menu for lunch and dinner and everything we had was superb. Much better than he usual buffet options. Kris B2025-03-02 Complete Chill :) Just back from 10 nights at the Coco Palm. What an excellent trip. The hotel was well located, a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. We had a one bedroom suite and it was lovely, clean, large, two bathrooms and great decor - with a nice caribbean style to it. Hotel employees were really helpful and frendly, and the guests also were all very nice, the whole place just has a lovely relaxed vibe. This was our first all inclusive in the caribbean, and the food was excellent (a la carte for lunch and dinner), drinks lovely and with much choice. Some reviews have mentioned that service can be a little slow, but we realised on the first day that it is nice to just take some time when eating, the food and drink will come, and this is part of the charm - you quickly relax onto 'island time' and just chill and enjoy your surroundings, not having to rush everywhere. Compare this to a quick buffet dinner in some all inclusives, in and out in 30 minutes - I much prefer the chilled approach! We had our two young girls with us and they loved it too, a good pool for kids with a good amount of shallow areas for the little ones. I would definitely return to St Lucia and the Coco Palm, it was our most relaxing yet as a family. Thank you to all the employees at the hotel for ensuring we had an excellent stay! Teresa P2025-02-26 Pretty Hotel close to amenities. Such a pretty hotel which was kept spotlessly clean. We booked for bed and breakfast so that we could try more restaurants but did have a lunch and evening meal whilst we were there. The food was lovely although there was a bit of a wait. We were in no rush so it didn't bother us. There was not quite enough sunbeds so you had to go out early to get one. It would have been nice to have some information in the room or in reception about the local area etc but the staff were always happy to help. The local shops, restaurants and beach were just a few minutes walk so there was plenty of variety. All in all we had a lovely trip and would recommend the hotel. Elizabeth A2025-02-24 Fabulous hotel. Would definitely return! We had a pool view suite on the top floor. It was a beautiful room with two spacious bathrooms and air con. Beds were comfy and the housekeeping team (shout out to Nicola) kept the place spotless. Food was fresh, tasty, and generous. The drinks team were always smiling and, for the staff generally, nothing was too much trouble. The pool is a great size, and not too deep, with loungers to keep you cool and relaxed. We regularly ventured into Rodney Bay Village with its shops, takeaways, and restaurants and ate good food there too. Only downside was the late night motorbike races in town and distant thud of music. I regularly wear ear plugs so (once I'd decided to put them in) I wasn't bothered too much. There's clearly a cultural difference in attitude, to anti social noise, from the UK! This is a great hotel, carefully run by people who care, and you know you're spending money with a local business and local people. Rachel H2024-11-04 Most relaxing stay Coco Palm is the best hotel that we have stayed in, better than well known 5* resorts. The staff are absolutely lovely. Really friendly and made our stay very relaxing. We had a garden view suit which was very spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, as well as the drinks. 5 minute walk to Reduit Beach, probably the best on the island. The back of the hotel goes straight out in to the main shopping road of Rodney Bay. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.
